ENERGY RECHARGE OF THE BONE AND VASCULAR SYSTEM (CROSS ENERGY RECHARGE)

Path to follow

  • If you have two CEFs, place one under the left foot along the toes, the other on the right hand (on all fingers) for 2 to 5 minutes.
  • Change your position, so as to put the first CEF under the right foot, and take the second in your left hand.
  • Recharge time: 2 to 5 minutes.
  • If you have four CEFs, place two CEFs crosswise under the feet, two more in the hands.
  • Carry out this energy recharge twice a day: in the morning and in the evening.

If you suffer from problems related to the bone system, the cardiovascular system, the nervous, immune, lymphatic or endocrine systems - these energy recharges should be carried out at least 5 times a day to obtain a positive result quickly.
