RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE STRUCTURING OF WATER

  • To structure the water, simply put the CEF under a glass or a bottle for the time indicated in the CEF description sheet *. If you place the CEF below the glass and pour the water into it, in this case the structuring of the water is instantaneous.
  • Between meals, it is important to drink structured water using all the CEFs in your possession, alternating them.
  • We structure water with only one CEF at a time.
  • Regarding the volume of water, the recommended daily standard is 30 ml of water per kilogram of body weight, distributed over the different CEFs.
  • With CEF, tap water is instantly structured.
  • Put the corrector on the mixer or the water hoses when you shower or fill your tub, as well as on the flexible garden hose, or on the gun of the fuel pump.
  • It must be taken into account that when you boil the water after its structuring, some of the information is lost, which is why it is recommended to structure the water once it has already been brought to the table. 'boiling.
  • Place the container filled with water on the CEF (both sides of the corrector work).
  • If we do not place the container on the corrector, but place several containers around the CEF (for example, several glasses of water), the corrector will act on all these containers at the same time. In this case, the structuring time will be longer.
  • To structure large volumes of water (a barrel, a bathtub, a swimming pool), please structure a bottle or a bucket of water for the time indicated for each of the CEFs, then pour this water into the large container you want structure (example, a bath) and mix thoroughly.
  • You can also tap strongly on the tank several times so that the information is distributed evenly throughout the volume of water. Structured water immediately transmits information to the rest of the water volume (to the initial water). Put the CEF on the lid or clip it on the edge, but never immerse it in water!

* The duration of water structuring varies according to the CEFs. For more information, refer to the recommendations for use of each of them.
