  • Shipping costs are free for shipments to Europe and UK.
  • Internationally, outside Europe, shipping costs vary depending on the destinations and the weight of the package. When confirming your order, enter your delivery address. The charges will be calculated automatically depending on the destination.

General information on delivery

  • We do not deliver to hotels or public places.
  • It is important to clearly specify the delivery method when ordering. In the event of an error Alternativa declines all responsibility.
  • If the buyer is not present on the day of delivery, a notice indicating the passage of the deliveryman will be left on site.
  • In the event that a package is lost by one of our service providers, please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail to Customer Service. info@alternativa.be. The company will conduct a survey of the services concerned. In the event that the customer enters a wrong address and the package returns to the sender, a fee of € 10 will be charged for a new shipment.
  • If the package is not claimed on time at the collection point, it will be returned to the sender. However, the cost of returning to the recipient will be borne by the customer.
  • Our shipments always have a tracking number. You will therefore be able to follow the progress of your package on the Internet.

International delivery

  • If you live in a country outside the European Union, you benefit from the price excluding tax (excluding taxes) on all the products on our site, which represents a saving of 21%. In return, the customs services of your country of residence may ask you to pay a customs tax upon receipt of your package. Fees vary depending on the destination.
