• This CEF comprises the polarization of the water of the Potaïonnoïé lake (“Secret Lake”). Lake Potaïonnoïé is located in the administrative district of Muromtsevo (Omsk region, Siberia). This lake is well known in Russia, it is located in a small village with the modest name of Okounevo.
• In the vicinity of this village, there are four famous lakes which make the glory of the region far beyond the borders of Siberia: Danilovo, Liniovo, Chtchoutchié and Urmannoïé (also called "lake of Chaitan" or "lake of Diable "). According to local beliefs, there is a fifth well hidden lake which only opens to rare people, it is called "Lac Potaionnoïé" (or "Lac Secret).
• The five lakes are surrounded by legends. Scientists claim that the lakes of Oknounevo could have appeared as a result of falling debris from a meteorite. The depth of the lakes and their shape confirm this hypothesis: they all have an elongated shape, stretched in the same direction. Besides that, magnetic anomalies, seismic vibrations and other strange phenomena are observed here.
• According to legend, Lake Potaionnoïé is located on the right bank of the Tara River, approximately 250 meters from the riverside. It is said to have the shape of a regular circle and that it is shallow. The word "tara" means "saving" in Sanskrit (an ancient Indo-European language that has not been spoken for centuries), and according to another version, this word means "star". The ancient underground dwellings discovered in the Omsk region are linked in a mysterious way to India.
• The water of Lake Potaïonnoïé is considered to be the most curative among the five lakes. According to local beliefs, if you add it to the water in the other four lakes, you get a cure for all diseases.
