Return policy
- You have the option of returning items. However, there are certain conditions.
- You must notify the exchange request within 14 days of delivery to your home or to your relay point.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The shipment must be made with the possibility of tracking the package.
- Products must be returned in good condition in the original packaging.
