Origins of CEFs

• Sergei Valentinovich Koltsov (Sergey Valentinovich Koltsov) is the originator of an unprecedented invention called the Functional State Corrector (CEF), also known as the Koltsov plate.
• Sergei Koltsov is a great Russian physicist who graduated from the Department of Mathematics of Moscow University. He worked for a long time in the aerospace field, responsible for the development of flight control algorithms for the Russian space shuttle “Buran”. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the project was closed.
• Sergei Koltsov could not continue his career with a disability certificate from high blood pressure for working for a long time, day and night, in poor conditions
• Kolstov realized that his health had become vital and he had to find a way to recover it.
